- Description
Winemaking is a careful balancing act between nurturing the soil and vines, and harnessing the generosity of the sun to ripen the grapes to perfection; whilst simultaneously exploring new and better ways of doing things to create something special. Nature and Sun is the wine range in which Bosman Family Vineyards explores organic winemaking. It fits the Bosman philosophy well as it is a production system that sustains and regenerates soils and ecosystems; it relies on our environment, on biodiversity and on people; and it seeks to plant what is deemed best in local conditions and to adapt systems to support this. Organic winemaking combines tradition, innovation and science and its goal is a better life For all.
